I have keyed this out in Ellis & Ellis and arrived at
Mariannaea elegans
Colonies effuse, whitish to pale golden brown. Conidiophores hyaline, 200-750 x 10-14, vertically branched at the apex.
Conidia formed in slipped chains or slimy heads, hyaline, fusiform or angular, 4-6 x 2-3.5. On wood and bark.

Rare in our part of the world.

Cladonia rangiferina
Very much in an isolated population that seems to be growing slowly.
A bulky lichen with recurved branches and a more visible felted cortex than other reindeer type lichen, which can be clearly seen in the images above.

Cladonia cervicornis
This species has tiered cups. Generally but not exclusively one tier. Can lead to the confusion with Cladonia verticillata which is many tiered.
The key difference is the longer more incised lobes of the basal squamules in Cladonia cervicrnis, which can be seen in the images above.
