Bibio Sp There are two species of Bibio where the females have a red thorax. Bibio anglicus & Bibio hortularus.

The hairs on the abdomen black B anglicus & white on B hortulars are distinctive but the view ad the fact that this specien is so cvered in pollen it is impossible to id.
